@@CarolinesBeadCreations definitely keep a period kit! you should put like pads, tampons & things like that in there; also try to learn to use them, so when ur period comes, you’ll be ready! also there can be signs like bloating or mood swings before your period. I’d definitely recommend period pants, they’re pretty cheap, I got mine from primark and they’re super comfortable!!!💗refrain from wearing bright colours like white close to ur period, and wear darker colours like grey and black!! I hope these help!
