Pahlevani and zoorkhaneh rituals, varzesh-e pahlavāni. Men moving in unison in a circle on the floor, group exercise. Warrior training, body building. Man hitting drum sings. Ritual. Stretching. Zurkhaneh. Men waving clubs. Man spins round, whirling, arms out. POV looking up to ceiling as spin around.

اینجا زورخانه جعفری طرفای پارک شهر تهران است. شخصی هم که با ریش در اول کلیپ نرمش میکند خود شعبان جعفری معروف به شعبون بیمخ است.

This is a very old and ancient sport! Its movements are derived from war equipment! For example, heavy wooden poles, instead of clubs and metal rings, instead of bows, etc. There is also wrestling in this sport.
