This has one of the best intros in a boss theme, how it gets you pumped up for the boss fight. This is in my opinion the best boss theme in the Contra Series, it's both tense and exciting.
On the Arcade, the final boss theme is actually the one that's for Stage 8 here, but even more epic. Making even the final boss theme the best in the series!

Haven’t played any of the Contra games, but the music gives me nostalgia for some reason. This song and the level 1 song in this game is one of them.
