Hi This is cheese cook!
This time I made chocolate chip cup cake wit pancake powder :) This recipe is don't need baking powder, flour!!

2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter (20 g)
9 tbsp milk (80ml)
4 tablespoons sugar (50g)
4 tablespoons honey (45g)
1 cup of pancake powder (200g)
1 cocoa powder (10g)
Nut_ optional
chocolate_ optional
* Recipe *
1. Put two room temperature eggs, melted butter, milk, sugar and honey in a bowl and mix.
2. Add pancake powder and cocoa powder and mix.
3. Add nuts and chocolate and mix.
4. Pour 70% of the dough into the muffin mold.
5. Decorate with chocolate chips before baking)
6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Or in the air fryer at 170 degrees 15-20 minutes
7. If the dough does not come out when you poke the muffin with chopsticks, you are done!
