I ended up editing everything in just a couple of hours after filming so you got to see it right away :P

Haha thank you so much!! Yes I know her and have been closely following her work for years. The accent might be because we are both slavic, and pronounce things in a certain way :^D

I don't think I was that critical of myself, if I said smth negative it was bc I know I improved! :^D I still like the stuff I created, especially since that's how I started getting back into art, but overall I can acknowledge that it's not the best.

Beautiful art!! Comgratulations on finishing the sketchbook! All of those pages can be very intimidating. And your characters are so interesting! It makes me wonder how / why the main character got those very unusual ears. And that one that only has one eye and glows. I do hope someday you get the chance to put your story to paper, maybe publish it as a book of some sort.
And everyone has odd dreams. Sometimes you can figure them out; what they mean.. You have to think about them but putting them into the sketchbook is a brilliant idea! I have also noticed sometimes things I read / see online show up in dreams.
Thank you so much!! Hopefully one day I'll be able to reveal all of your questions regarding my characters. Not sure in which medium, but as long as its not nothing It'll be fine
And about the dreams. I don't usually draw all of them but sometimes they're so bizarre that I wanna document them, especially when I see a pattern that I recognise from irl or anything else. I'm sure there's meaning but eh, I think just documenting them is fun, I already overthink a lot :^)

Your comment made my day! :^D I do like sea life in general, they're fun to draw even if it's just simple doodles. Also I don't remember what I said in the video but if I ever say "Oh it could've been better" or smth I mean it in a "I like it, but I know I could draw that better in more beneficial circumstances". And nope, it's not a requirement to finish sketchbooks fast but at some point you get to those couple of pages that you're just ready to close the book.

Hii I have a question, what did you use to keep your phone still while recording😭 (also btw I love your art)
Oh my methods are definitely not professional lmao. I use two chairs on a table and put a long canvas on top of them. I then lay my ipad on it and stand when recording bc I'm too scared it'll go out of frame. Uncomfortable, but surprisingly works!

HONESTLY I'm not sure my style just kind of shaped itself after years. I'm not exactly active on social media because it's mentally draining but when it comes to inspos maybe wuermelein (lmao), 3ll1x, yvecz... Wouldn't say my art style is similar but they definitely influenced me one way or another :^)
And no! For my watercolor sketches I use a 2B Faber Castell pencil, and maybe sometimes I add pops of colors with Polychromos pencils. When it comes to markers most of it is cheap flying tiger markers and some winsor & newton ones I bought long ago
