I really miss old mirror. It wasn't even that unfair when it gave +2 levels, only when e-giant and giant skelly were op. Definitely better than what it is now...

In my opinion I think mirror should just be the same elixir cost for the same card and they are at the same level. This would make it less expensive and better overall while being 10% weaker.

Also someone is top 200 with egiant mirror pump right now and once mirror gets that buff he is going to be like top 1 or something like that and then people will copy him and it will be a mess
Barb barrel should've been higher anyway IMO. Underrated card for 2 elixer, it's basically a log with a barbarian but it can't do tower damage. Imo one of the best spells.
I can't believe how few people make educational content on this game. It's skill ceiling is very high and it can get pretty hard above certain trophies, it almost feels like chess the way you have to predict and counter. It's so cool to see legit reasoning and logic behind the usage and synergy between different spells and the deck they're played with. love the video!
the reason I like boss is because he has a bunch of opinions, in fact that might be most of his channel, but he has every right to. he's a pro player at 9000 trophies and is always playing the game and testing new metas, rather than a maxed out player who cant get past 5k and runs a 5.2 elixir deck. keep up the great work, boss!

Excuses, i’m an f2p and i’ve had over 5 decks at level 14 and yes I played logbait but then realized how skill-les it was Advice: upgrade cardas that are universal like log fireball poison ice spirit skeletons cannon etc, this will really help in the medium-long term
my personal thoughts on how to buff/nerf some of these: -make zap stun for a bit longer (maybe 0.3 or 0.5 seconds), OR do an indirect buff by making rage not deal damage but buff troops a lot more -give rocket a slightly larger radius or a faster travel speed so timing can be easier -make mirror actually just mirror it, same elixir cost, same level, same everything -give clone a slightly larger radius (idk how to make this not too op tbh) nerfs: -make log have slightly less range (still able to hit tower but just barely) -make poison deal slightly less tower damage (only like 5% or 10%) -make the graveyard spawn area larger so less some skeletons might have to walk farther Rest like gob barrel or freeze dont really need a buff imo it just depends on the meta/deck

All in all i'm pretty much agreeing with this deck exactly, but I don't think rocket should be so low. The amount of times it's been helpful in one of my decks has been a game changer.
Honestly this is a really good list but the only things I would change is to put fireball, zap, and royal delivery higher because fire ball and royale delivery have INSANE value potential. I've gotten insane 4 elixer to 10 elixer values and also royale delivery 3 elixer to 7 elixer value.
My mirror rework idea: Mirrors the card for the same elixir cost, but the mirrored card is 1 level LOWER than the Mirror. I believe this could make the Mirror viable but not OP since the 1 level difference does matter in a lot of interactions. What you think, Boss?
@@helenfu5550 because if someone has a magical archer or bowler and tornado all ur troops to your tower they will always get damage and there’s not much you can do about it, I also play hog so if someone knows how to use tornado correctly there’s really no way for me to get damage
Mirror would be good if it just did the card again with no elixir increase or 2 levels higher instead of 1. After the nerf to mirror after Champions, bring it back Supercell.
I know I will be heavily criticized for this but I actually prefer ZAP over the log for four reasons: 1. resets units 2. faster casting speed 3. it's a common (easier to level up) 4. hits both air and ground units all-in-all while I disagree with your placement of ZAP (for the reasons mentioned), I respect your right as an American to have your own opinion!
The log is my very first free legendary I ever got from a gold chest when the card just came out. It will always be my favorite card and no other card will ever replace it
I think it should be illegal to call the mirror worse than the clone, I’ve been using the mirror since I unlocked it, playing off and on, I’ve almost beaten ladder with it
balance changes for all spells: buffs: zap 1. make it 1 elixir but less .3 stun, 1 tile less radius or 2. make 1 sec stun duration rocket 1. make it 25% ctd again or 2. make radius a bit bitter .5 or smth nerfs: log: crown tower damage 10% so it will be less efficient with cycling on tower (for reference, its much better spell cycling than the other 2 elixir spells since zap, log, and snow ball needs to be direct on tower but log can be efficient and use on defense while getting chip damage so its mor consistent, why i chose to nerf its ctd) and make a attribute where if it knockbacks heavy tanks like golem, giants, it will only knockback .3 but medium size .8, OR just nerf it to .5, i don't care about log defenders since its release its been the best and most versatile card the game has ever had. don't even use the "well if you nerf the log it will kill it/make logbait good" log bait is literally almost a dead archetype and not good competitive, and y'all always say that a small nerf will kill it when after all nerfs it got its still the best card in the game. fireball/poison: nerf to crown tower 25% tornado: make skellies 2 shots instead of one or nerf its radius, AGAIN don't get me with "it'll make hog op" tornado isn't the only counter to hog theres so much better counters to it. graveyard: remove rng or -1 or -2 skellies addition: miner nerf: down to 20%, AGAIN don't get me with "nerf miner again when it doesn't deal damage" this is for competitive stats, miner poison has been in the meta since its inception and the way it keeps getting away is absurd, with the addition of lp it even boosts it since it synergies well with miner poison, on leaderboard top finishing decks miner poison were found 40+ on top 200, and the top 10 literally has 6 out of 10 miner poison last season it deserves this nerf and facing it 24/7 is tiring
Rocket I disagree. The card is underrated. It's not noob friendly but for higher level players the card is still good. With goblin drill/miner + rocket you outchip any kind of cycle deck and against beat down decks you can kite the push to get mega defensive value. Also it is a hard counter to sparky. The only bad match ups are fireball bait deck (recruit decks), but you have 7 deck slots left to compensate that. That means you have so many good match ups against most archetypes.
Remember when mirror could spawn +2 level? It's very versatile, had synergy with any other card, including champion. It's easily be number 1 if you make this video 2 years ago

I would say tho zap shouldn’t be this low imo because it’s the first spell you can get and very consistently good especially when your in the lower arenas but I do agree that it’s super weapon when it comes to fighting in higher levels, maybe a zap buff?

Log goes on the other side still. So on offense it has value. Delivery has basicly no value in offense at all except if things are directly at the bridge. That's a very rare case tho. So overall it limits you completly to defense while log can do both offense and defense well.

@@Jrcake7 I think calling delivery versatile is wrong. Versatility is the biggest weakness because it limits you to defense. Most other cards in the game have capabilities of doing offense and defense. Delivery doesn't. And it can't replace your small spell because of that. So you either use triple spell or you miss out on using a big or a small spell. It's rare that this is the best thing to be doing in your deck.

@@fabr1cated Why should it compete to log? Barb barrel does that. Zap serves a different purpose, to stun and clear swarms instantly to let your bridgespam cards connect. If you use zap, there is a high chance log will not fit to your playstyle.

There is nothing as skill, there is utility. The worst player in the game with giant graveyard will always use snowball while Mohamed light and Mugi will use log with miner control. Every spell has it's own usage, there isn't something high or low skill.
Log is used in all cycle decks, not viable in other archetypes. While barb barrel is used in all archetypes except cycle. I don't see how it's so much better. Let beatdown decks use log and see how #1 it is.

For me, the versatility of arrows make them #1. It's the kind of card you'd always pick in draft modes.
To be honest, poison is more versatile in draft picks for me, since it can counter a lot of things on the draft.

Tbf, logbait is very old, most decks dont last even half as long. It has had its glory, but its time for other decks to cycle

If you upgraded the right cards to lvl 15 you should be only 3 cards away from switching to another deck that is currently very good in the meta
It's not possible to buff a deck, but rocket certainly deserves a buff. Even a speed buff would be nice

Mirror need change. it should be add evo cycle like evo knight need 2 cycle it can reduce cycle and it should be spawn evo knight too.I know it gonna be broken but i like to see this change

I honestly think all spells are good except for earthquake, it can be replaced by log or poison
Rocket is good if you have a 30 elixir push coming your way
Log+ poison for same elixir as rocket will give more value even in that scenario.
Lighting should be higher on the list because of how well it can be used on offence

I use logbait and i trade rocket x poison, poison can fully counter a graveyard, kill a lot of troops or almost stay with 1hp 😈👍

Why is the Royal delivery in #9 since it can only be placed on your side of the Arena when that also applies to The Log, yet The Log is in #1?
Log goes on the other side still. So on offense it has value. Delivery has basicly no value in offense at all except if things are directly at the bridge. That's a very rare case tho. So overall it limits you completly to defense while log can do both offense and defense well.
@@PokemonTCGPocket_Enjoyer I see what you're saying, but I feel that Royal delivery is much more versatile than Log since it counters all the logbait cards (including Princess), and can counter cards that Log can't counter like Dark prince, E Wiz, Magic Archer, and even Sparky, so I feel like Royal delivery is better than Log imo.
@@Jrcake7 I think calling delivery versatile is wrong. Versatility is the biggest weakness because it limits you to defense. Most other cards in the game have capabilities of doing offense and defense. Delivery doesn't. And it can't replace your small spell because of that. So you either use triple spell or you miss out on using a big or a small spell. It's rare that this is the best thing to be doing in your deck.

@@fabr1cated Why should it compete to log? Barb barrel does that. Zap serves a different purpose, to stun and clear swarms instantly to let your bridgespam cards connect. If you use zap, there is a high chance log will not fit to your playstyle.

Log is number 1 so... nerf miner, then log use rates will go down
Ima say personally giant snowball takes skill has good opportunities and options and slow all for 2 elixir just best for me personally

Facts
There is nothing as skill, there is utility. The worst player in the game with giant graveyard will always use snowball while Mohamed light and Mugi will use log with miner control. Every spell has it's own usage, there isn't something high or low skill.

Even though clone and Mirror are bad, I still use Skeleton Barrel + Mirror + Clone in Clan Wars and it's so funny watching my opponent struggle

If you put goblin barrel and graveyard as a spell why dont you put other cards like miner and drill in the vid
Because the game classifies goblin barrel and graveyard as spells. Miner is a troop and drill is a building.
if you look in game it says gbarrel and gyard are spells, miner and gdrill are a troop and a building.
Log is used in all cycle decks, not viable in other archetypes. While barb barrel is used in all archetypes except cycle. I don't see how it's so much better. Let beatdown decks use log and see how #1 it is.
