Gray is pretty strong against him, def reduction from kry and rubia might help, other than that, just bring your strongest units

you can use maid rubia for every other turn and she can tank partan's dmg. wind element is weak to fire, in my case i also used maid liatris she was a big help buffed by arines and diana. if you can, prolong the battle until you reach death time, that will increase your unit's dmg to help kill the boss
