I'm 41 years old and been reading Thor comics since I was a child and he is my favorite I am so glad that the world gets to see who the strongest Avenger is

given the direction the MCU took with hulk I'd definitely say Thor is the strongest avenger there.
IRONMANROX314 as much as I wish Thor was the strongest after seeing endgame and the disappointment they made Thor into. Wanda is the strongest avenger.
@@kj4286 out of ALL the avengers, yes sadly. Of the OG avengers I'd still say he's the strongest, granted some may say Cap was but he was channeling Thor's power. And I was also disappointed by how they did that as I wanted him to be a badass again however character wise the depression and being a drunk made sense at least

Until female Thor comes along and steals all the screen time and makes for another forced relationship between Thor and Jane Foster. Fans want to see Hulk and Thor redeemed not some half assed secondary ripoff character like Female Thor. Might as well bring in she hulk and spider gwen as well. I want original characters. Spider Gwen wouldn’t be too bad tho🤔

@@Truly.Quincho He was terrible in the MCU in 2 Avenger movies and in Dark World , while he was amazingly awesome in the Earth's Mightiest Heroes animated show. I really hope Jane Foster is just a one off thing and Thor still be Thor for the MCU.
Thor is king of Asgard. Not “Jane foster “ she will never be worthy of Mjolnir or Stormbreaker for that matter

I think that's exactly why he is such a good character. Look at Captain Marvel for example, no struggle means character growth and development and Thor did a shitton of both.

I have seen a lot of thor edits, I even did one on him, but this one may be by far the greatest i've seen on him and maybe one of the best marvel edits, keep up the good work !

I really didn't like what they did with Thor and Hulk in End Game. I think fat thor was funny at first but I would have liked Thor's power up scene to have brought badass thor back. Also, they made the Hulk Incredibly weak.

@@abstractbase3549 I agree with you. Hulk deserved a rematch against Thanos though. I also think Thor deserved to win more than anyone... I still think Tony should have finished it, but Thor should have beaten him and then had something else happen like with Wanda.

We don’t know about thor but hulk is stronger imagine hulk is not the beast anymore he can be weaker version of thanos he can learn fighting styles not crazy fights hulk is soo much powerful but the point is fans always like things on old versions they don’t like any change :)

Love this. I can't shake the feeling at the end of endgame. that thor almost like. gave up. I know he never truly wanted to be king.....but he didn't ask Valkerie if she wanted to be king either, but yet he just gave the responsibility to her. almost like on older brother passing on a chore. it wasn't satisfying. It felt like thor just gave up on his responsibilities.
@sluttyMapleSyrup I guess I see what your saying. I think its just the part in me that always looked up to thor and liked him as a strong person who would never give up. I know he discovered that he was best suited not being king. but I always saw him as the king. Especially at the end of Ragnarok when he sits on his Throne. and when he became all depressed and fat. its almost like seeing your hero lose themselve. it made me sad. I don't remember the athlete name. but their was this athlete that was looked up to by many, but later it was discovered that he took steroids to earn the physique that he currently has. and lost all his trophies. and alot of people probably lost alot of respect for him. I had the same feeling with thor. when he became depressed and overweight. and quite honestly was mostly in endgame for a comedic relief. It made me sad. It made me kinda lose respect for the character. even though thor is still my main boi in the MCU. it just didn't give me the hero vibes that I wanted. and then Captain Marvel shows up. all overpowered and everything. and it...felt like she was the new thor. and now the fact that they are announcing that for thor 4 that his girlfriend is gonna wield the hammer and become the new thor. its like their taking away thors good name :P

Well, yeah. For you, Bruce. And for Clint and Tony and everyone who lost people to the Snap.
But it's like Rocket said, Thor's people are really gone. His mother is really gone, his father, his brother, his sister, his best friend, his home and half of his people.
Yeah, there's lots of people who are "only kinda gone," but what does Thor have to gain from this?
Everyone he knew and cared about, everyone in his first movie other than Clint, Fury, and perhaps Lady Sif are either dead, lost, or dying.
The Avengers (the original ones) have disbanded. New Asgard is basically being run by Valkyrie, with Korg and Miek as his side characters/friends.
Rocket and Bruce come to get him, and all those people are people he only developed a connection with either as Asgard was destroyed or just before.
The people he loved in the past, his family and best friends and romantic interests are nowhere to be found.
Fury is either in space hiding or Dusted, Clint is lost, and Sif went to Earth years ago and has not returned.
Even though Thor is surrounded by people, they're all new and he is alone.
Yet he goes out and puts everything on the line and knows he can't stop his mother from dying.
He's more expectant of Steve lifting Mjolnir than himself.
And at the end of the battle he hands over his position as King to Valkyrie.
Thor has changed greatly over the course of twelve years, from when he first landed on Earth as an UnWorthy but confident boy, to when he left as a Worthy but unexpectant man.
When we first meet him he is loud, confident, excited, cheerful, and easily angered.
When we last see him in Endgame he is quiet, subdued, humbled, saddened, and able to control his anger.
The real beauty of Thor is not his Lightning powers nor his status as a God, but is that he is simply a man humbled by time and change, a man able to push through challenges which once upon a time would not have appeared, a man with a desire to help others even where he himself cannot be helped.
Thor is a great man.
People know this.
What people forget is the arrogant boy who started the wheels rolling years ago.
So although the Thor of now is superior in almost every way, is better and easier to understand, we owe it to the Thor of 2011, who rained from the sky and caused science to develop new understandings.
The boy underneath the man who managed to realise his misgivings and mistakes and become the Thor we know and love today.
So thank you, to both the Thor of 2023 and the Thor of 2011, without whom the MCU mightn't have existed, or at least not in the same way.

That was epic the beginning showed who he was who he was meant to be and what he lived up to but then at his lowest he forgot who he was and realized he was probably the biggest failure in the universe he lost who he was but hen his mother told him that “everyone fails to live up to who they are that’s not the point the point is to find who you want to be” which as goofy as his ending was in endgame was the point he now has to find himself loved this this is one of the best I’ve seen keep it up man
