Thanks for this video. I arrived in Manila yesterday. I knew nothing about this form until I was handed the form by the flight attendant. Easy to fill out this form since the One Health pass asked similar questions. Customs took a while to get through. When I come back to visit I'll complete the form online as well.

Another step back being done by Philippines. Asian countries have remove this form already way back years already. Just to say going digital. Even some countries have discontinued immigration cards. It will be a confusing again for those travelling to Philippines.
Having traveled to the Philippines several times and arriving at terminal one and centennial l have always completed custom forms...this past july arrived at terminal 3...never completed a form nor was asked for one or interviewed by an official...

I think I will need is just to fill out the paper one for me and my mom and my wife. I imagine the paper one will be eliminated eventually and it’ll all be online in the near future. My wife understands the one health pass we’re getting the PCR test tomorrow and our flight leaves 1:30 AM on Monday and Saturday evening we will have the results of the PCR test so I think will be good to go. Im going to retire in the Philippines under the special retiree visa. Its says that I may take personal belongings amounting to $7,000. My question is will I be charged taxes on my guitar collection if I bring them with me. I am a musician and I have 6 or 7 amplifiers and 29 guitars. They are worth well over $7,000. I bringing all of my household goods except appliances such as refrigerators, stove/oven. I may bring several TV’s. I also have 130 bottles of sealed various liquor that I collected over the years. How do I deal with this when I move to the Philippines. I am shipping all the above belongings via 40 foot container.

That must only be if you were arriving in Manila I know I arrived in Cebu and the only thing I had to fill out was the health one app I didn’t have to fill out a declaration form to arrive in Cebu so it must be a manila thing

This is another reason why I only arrive in Cebu. Don't go near Manila also because there are thieves working at airport plundering customers baggage. Don't travel business class or carry designer suitcase otherwise you'll be targeted. Even then, they can xray and see if you have "items of interest". Just don't go near it if you can.

Hello. Hindi po lahat may tax. Duty-free yung dalang pasalubong. Pag Filipino - as long as yung pasalubong ay worth not more than P150,000 - no tax. Yung foreigner/balikbayan - as long as yung value ng pasalubong ay not more than P10,000 - no tax.

Upon arrival, they let me pass directly through customs and said my form is not needed because I didn't purchase goods to sell. I'm also a dual citizen, as far as the application (form) is concerned, do I apply for a BRAND NEW Philippine passport (as a FIRST TIME APPLICANT) or do I RENEW my old Philippine non-ePassport? I've been getting the two mixed up honestly. Thank you so much! I still have my old Philippine passport on hand, but it's been cancelled ever since I had my US citizenship. LAPCG also has a "CANCELLED" stamp on it also when I got my dual. I honestly don't know if I am considered as a NEW PASSPORT/FIRST TIME APPLICANT or I just have to RENEW my old one. I already have an appointment, and I am listed as a new passport/first time applicant but I really just want to make sure if I am a new applicant or not. I just arrived from US this online customs declaration is useless. I filled this up on line but the customs didn’t ask for it. We just exited without someone asking for it. Also airline distributed the form also.

Not necessarily. Just indicate the description of the metal., Ex. 18k gold, quantity 1. Then you should be good and don't have to pay the 30% duty. There is a qualification in that question when it is dutiable.

Hello! I'm currently on the process of getting a Philippine Passport here in the Philippines. I'm also a dual citizen, as far as the application (form) is concerned, do I apply for a BRAND NEW Philippine passport (as a FIRST TIME APPLICANT) or do I RENEW my old Philippine non-ePassport? I've been getting the two mixed up honestly. Thank you so much! I still have my old Philippine passport on hand, but it's been cancelled ever since I had my US citizenship. LAPCG also has a "CANCELLED" stamp on it also when I got my dual. I honestly don't know if I am considered as a NEW PASSPORT/FIRST TIME APPLICANT or I just have to RENEW my old one. I already have an appointment, and I am listed as a new passport/first time applicant but I really just want to make sure if I am a new applicant or not. And do you think it'll be much of a hassle if I were to renew instead on the day of my appointment (if I were to be considered as a RENEWAL applicant)? Thank you so much po ulit for the help!
Hello. You can be considered as first-time applicant since the old one has already been cancelled and you are now a Filipino again.

I just arrived from US this online customs declaration is useless. I filled this up on line but the customs didn’t ask for it. We just exited without someone asking for it. Also airline distributed the form also.

Not necessarily. Just indicate the description of the metal., Ex. 18k gold, quantity 1. Then you should be good and don't have to pay the 30% duty. There is a qualification in that question when it is dutiable.

I have to admit I've been to the Philippines many times, roughly 25 times, but this was when I was in the U.S. Navy, the last time was in June 1975. So how would you recommend I answer this question?
