Why did he take those loans? What are the loans for? Did his govt go through normal process, did the govt gets parliamentary approvals for each of those loans as required by the constitution? Finally, what has the govt done with each of those loans? The president must give breakdown of what they use the loans for?

It can be prudent if referendum is conducted as soon as possible to face out provisions for nominated political leaders ie senators, mps and mcas, Also CDF cash should be channeled through county Goverment and all Goverment funded projects to be monitored by independent bodies like Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, Also Remunations to public officers should be determined by employees academic level of Education, An O-level of MP should not be paid more than a trained primary school teacher. This will face out mps and mcas with dubious academic backgrounds.
