If you mean 2d skins like you have to go to the Torso.TheSwirlyHeadMan_Body and on the other TheSwirlyHeadMan_Body there you can change the image but if you mean how to change skins that is in replicatedstorage.skins. If this doesn't help you tell me and i will try to help you more.
