To me this locomotive reminds me of the British railways sterling single class Which had the Same real arrangement as also a 4-2-2 if it was American, I've always wanted to get 1 of these models cause I think they look very cool And will stand out in any type of collection
Southern Pacific had a very similar wheel arrangement Locomotive back in the day, I think it/or it's replica is on display at the California State railroad museum, check it out online sometime Dan👍
Back when I use to work at a local hobby shop, a customer brought in an Aristo-Craft 4-2-2, that he had inherited. Did some cleaning on and it ran just fine. I recently posted a video where I showed how I cleaned up an AHM Casey Jones 4-6-0. Run pretty good now!

adding a spring to the pilot truck mount might help with the derailing issue
