Great show and she's great in it. Can't wait for season 2.

Never being able to put on pajamas - that honestly brought home to me how awful it would be to be an innie.

Not gonna lie, fell hard for her as the show progressed.
Which is saying something because she's not really my type looks wise, but as I got to know her sparkling personality, I fell hard.
Cant wait to see how it plays out.

Helly's my favorite character (and of course the actor has a lot to do with it) among a sea of awesome characters. And while I agree that Helly is rebelling, I strongly theorize she's acting exactly how the vast vast majority if not all innies would act in that situation... I know I would.
You wake up, you don't know who or where you are... and shortly thereafter you're informed that your life/existence is a nightmare of all nightmares (only exist inside this work place environment and you can never go home). And at that point, there's no known incentive to go along with the program and macro data refine if you will. I theorize everyone tries to initially resign and we know that everyone in the office has a familiarity with resignations being turned down, so they've likely all been through it. Mark tells Helly that when he first woke up on the table he threatened to kill the person behind the voice which ended up eventually being his best friend Petey. And we know that Mark and Dillon have had several stints in the break room over the years (we aren't given any info about this in relation to Irving), so I think Helly represents the every person and she's merely going through the breaking down process that all the innies go through to ultimately conforming when there appears to be no other solution. Of course there's something else going on bigger than the innies at the present time in my opinion that leads them down the path of wandering/wondering and finding clues, to Dillon being informed about and experiencing the overtime contingecy, so the innies in macro data refinning actually have hope of being able to escape their prison for the first time. Throughout the season Milchick is leaving the innies clues and each time he pretends as though he messed up and that it's an accident. Is he really messing up every 5 minutes or is this intentional... of course it's intentional.

of course we or I don't know what exactly is going on with Milchick. I've contemplated there being multiple Milchicks. But either way what is Milchicks motivation for constantly leaving the innies bread crumbs?

You know, I never thought of this, but why did Helly need to wake up lying prone on the office table, as opposed to sitting in a chair or lying on some kind of couch? That just makes things even more unnecessarily uncomfortable for her.
