The English voice acting is perfect! He is a majestic, respect-demanding person - the Iudex of Fontaine - but also the hydro dragon closed into a human form. So sounding super powerful with minimal, gentlemanly movements fits him very well. Also, the big shout pairs fittingly with the necktie adjusting at the end. Very matter of fact. He is super super fun to play because of his English voicing!!!
