Hi Kari ( Africhic), How do you keep your chicken happy and ensure they are receiving a nutritionally balanced diet? Additionally, what kind of foods or grains or vegetables do you feed them so that they stay healthy and can not get sick? Do you get foods from suppliers or you produce your own foods and what kind of foods is that? I'am an aspiring chicken farmer and would be grateful if I get answer from you since it would a great help for me. Thanks in advance for your help and consideration. Jacques M

I have 7 layers hens 4 roosters that are younger than 1 year old, they use to lay fertile eggs but since have late very few eggs are been fertile. Why is that?
I have a small village poultry farm, fenced with chicken wire to prevent predators and fed them with copra meal, fish meal thoroughly mixed with cooked sweat potato's to feed them with some vegetable like pawpaw and others. But, they do not lay any eggs. Please can someone with better idea help me?
