That was just a whole lotta unsanitary stuff going on...licking ur fingers then touching the utensils then dropping tongs on the floor then putting them back for someone else to pick up their food. That’s why I don’t eat buffet or self serve

Nothing beats Tongan Lu (like pulusami but less runnier) and Ota (like oka). This food looks yummy though.
