It depends on the circumstances, if you work in food factory,bakery shop, the regulation is clear that don't allow wear any jewelry. but if you work in restaurants or resto it depends on their own policy. The example is chef, some chefs still wear watch while they prepare&cook food, so it depends on their own restaurant policy & how they maintain that wears jewelry didn't make any contamination to their food
