Wow Brooklyn , this is going to be exciting , your on the P.C.T. ! You were the first female long distance solo backpacker I had ever watched , very impressive. Your fun & quirky personality make your video's a pleasure to watch.
This comment is coming from Italy... I too compare my hikes in Italy to my experiences in Desolation. Looks like you are having an amazing experience. A long haul is a wonderful opportunity to study the nature of physical suffering. Stay safe.

I was extremely happy to see this pop up. I know you said that the PCT is vlogged by a lot of ppl but no one has your personality which is perfect for it. I actually put Instagram back on my phone just to follow your journey. I'm sure I will cry with joy for you if you reach Canada. ❤️ Good luck.

Completely opposite of east coast hiking but mental aspect is the same as getting up in the rain and everything is wet, etc. best type 2 fun. Good luck.
I must have missed something. I didn't know you were on the PCT. After following you all these years I would love to meet up with you somewhere along your journey Brooklyn. Say in Lone Pine or Bishop? I live near there. Hopefully the wind will finally die down. It's been like this in the southwest for some time now. I'm sick of it too.

Please realize that many of us don't do instagram, but we're here for you on YT. Go get 'em! Maybe I'll bump into you in Desolation :-) And UGH! RIght there with ya - superfine sand in the tent is one of my least favorite thing about backpacking. Glad you left the trial when it got too tough - PACE YOURSELF!
