為什麼我弄出來的那股氨味那麼重,根本吃不了,要放冷藏幾天再解凍才能吃😂
我也有过这样的时候,夏天温度高相对来说发酵的时间就有点长导致做出的纳豆有股氨味。缩短发酵时间就可以避免。
@ 等我下個批次減少發酵時間,把溫度降到華氏100,這樣就算放冰箱內熟成也可以保存久一點
