    Thank you very much, bacterea are alredy on the beans right? And they are steel alive after cooking right? Could it survive by the temperature below 40 degr cels?

      @@michaelyalovenko1583 The steamed soy beans are ready to ferment. Bacilli form during the fermentation. Temperature below 40 degree is good temperature for fermentation. Thank you
