Meal Prep FOR ONE With Me || Pumpkin Alfredo Sauce || Creating Temporary Kitchen Space

I've been in transition for living space for some time. This week I started to set up a temporary kitchen space to cook for the channel.
It will make creating videos for all of you so much easier. And it helps to have a space that has my own tools readily available to me as well.
There is still a lot of work to be done. But the transition has begun and that's exciting.
I spent an afternoon in this space prepping some food for the week. Again ... just a quaint start but a start indeed.
I haven't been eating as healthy as I used to and these small steps will help me to regain ground in that area. I hope they will help you too. Perhaps inspire you to spend a bit of time each week prepping a few things for your meals.
I had to finish out my leisure time in this sweet little space by making something special for dinner. I choose pumpkin alfredo sauce.
It turned out perfectly! And it was a great treat to indulge in a seasonal fall meal.
The recipe is easy to make and I take you through it step by step. So, be sure to treat yourself to some as well. It really is DELICIOUS!
