    OMG!!! They did a wonderful job on the house. I love the formal and informal living and dining spaces, love the kitchen, and love the half bath and mud room off the big garage. Love the wood floors. Love the oversized deck, backyard and trees. Love the carpet upstairs, and master barhroom. I don't mind the ceilings upstairs. Wish the closet was bigger, other than that, the house was beautifully done. 👍 I live in New York, that houe would be priced in the million or millions.

      Thanks for sharing! Yes, your money goes a long way here in GA. I use to live in Brooklyn. My house here feels like a mansion vs what I lived in in New York.

    I agree with you .This home is everything. At first I thought " well the home doesn't have a basement " . Then I saw the basement 😊. Basement is huge . I would add theater room in the basement. Backyard is behind words with sooo much potential as I would add pool and privacy fence. The price is unbelievable , as I currently reside in California where this home would easily be 2 million dollars without the acre of land. Simply beautiful.
    Moving to Georgia soon is the reason I'm viewing home. I'm an RN ( registered nurse) whom will be continuing my education for MSN there in Georgia.

      Yes! Your money goes a long way here in Georgia compared to California. It’s tough for the people who has been living here for a long time to understand the prices because they are use to the homes being half the price. Truth is this is the new norm now. The interest rates have not stopped the growth. Good luck on your continuing education! My mother was an RN and later became A MSN. She works at Wellstar. Good luck on your move to Georgia as well. Let me know if I can be of any help!

      Thanks for the reply. A 3 bedroom , 2 bath home around 1800 square feet just sold here in the city of Glendale for 1.9 million dollar.😮. The home and neighborhood in powder springs ( I like the name, sounds peacefully) is soo much nicer. I'll be in Georgia around November or December of this year to view homes and gather information about the business aspect of home buying .

      Yes. I liked growing up in Powder Springs. You get a mix of everything and there are plenty of things to do. If you like trails, there are plenty like the Silver Comet Trail. If you like shopping then you are not too far away from any store you could think of. You have downtown Powder Springs and if that’s not enough you could visit downtown Marietta where there is always something going on. If you need help with your move then please store my info and please ask questions whenever you have them. 678.236.4262. Worrellt@c21connectrealty.com. I can show you similar properties in the surrounding areas as well.

    Prefer the traditional floor plan with separate rooms.

      Personally I am not a fan but I've learned that A LOT of my clients prefer the traditional floor plan. Thanks for sharing!

    Closed concept is fine with me.The formal dining room isn't really needed for me.8and a half foot ceilings are fine with me also.

      I am learning that a lot of people like the traditional style floor plans where the rooms are walled off vs the open floor plan concept. Thanks for sharing!

    Beautiful -- just way too many trees in the back.

    I need a basement, unfinished is fine, and a coat closet. The finishes are very nice, but 500 thousand and its tight upstairs and no basement. The backyard kinda makes me want to overlook the things it does not have.

      So this house does have a basement. Half finished and half unfinished. Plenty of potential! I do agree upstairs is tight.

      @worrellthomas3735 Not in the area, just looking period. I need to sell the one I have and move, I am not particular as to what state. I just don't like where I am. So I look at properties online. I see Atlanta is beautiful!!!

    • @worrellthomas3735
      @worrellthomas3735  Год назад

      They aren’t very high like in newer homes. I’m 6’1” and I believe the ceilings were less than 9ft tall
