I, too, am waiting for Kagamine Rin/Len NT to come out so that Neru can get an update herself.
For real, tho, in order for that to happen, Crypton would have to buy the rights for Neru from her creator since and find someone to provide her voice that is perfect for her personality. Then again, although she has been acknowledged by Crypton, she's still a fanmade Miku derivative.
I like how this only uses the two actually cool voicebanks available.
