Just bought one and was a bit confused on the software side but now thanks to your review its all very much clearer. Appreciate the addition of the IR's as well. I couldn't ask for more. Many thanks 🎸
Thank you. I just bought a similar one from Thomann. It's branded under a different name but is the same device. Your video was very helpful. I mentioned your RUclips video in my review on Thomann's website. A special thanks for the pdf manual, no-one over 50 can read the tiny little thing they include in the packaging 😃
Thanks for the vid and links. Tried loading custom irs before and didn't work or maybe you need specific hz ones but I don't know which (but mine where official ml sound lab ones) In the end stuck with Nux mighty plug, they sound amazing. Lekato still better than the old vox headphone plugs.
I've heard great thing about the NUX. I dig the Katana Go right now. I think I've only used this once or twice since posting this video. It's okay for the price, but leaves a lot to be desired.
@@Guitarnivore I've got an axe fx and mooer ge300 but honestly use the Nux might plug and plug pro 99% of the time. Just easy and sounds great Easier to get a good tone than it was from the axe fx
This is probably a clone of another. A lot of stuff like this in that region is just rebranded. I hope you enjoy it. The key is finding the right IR or cab to match the distortion style.
Hi! Been meaning to get one myself, but I'd like to know a few things : Can you use pedals with this? Is it loud or good enough to use at a gig? In case it isn't, could I connect it to my regular amp and keep the efects and stuff? Great video and thx a lot!
This is more like a practice tool. There are a lot better options out there. I'm not sure about connecting pedals to it, but you could connect it to a PA or a regular amp through power amp in. Have you checked out Boss Katana Go? That is brand new, about $120 and seems pretty awesome. Check out The Guitar Geek's video on the Katana Go. ruclips.net/video/JWpxOeGG0IU/видео.htmlsi=I6bQK5aq5dNmUZ_M
i bought this one and its pretty much the best mini amp available....i dont have a real amp yet and i was wondering if i can use this mini amp as a ''pedal'' by connecting it to an amp, if its even possible.
Hello there, I'm thinking about to buy this product but I wonder if I can use it with my classical guitar. It has an under saddle piezo pickup. Thanks in advance. 😁
No. It's too small an wouldn't sound good with a built in speaker. Headphone jack only. To answer your other question about where to buy, you can fin it on Amazon.sg under a different brand: www.amazon.sg/AITONE-Headphone-Practice-Rechargeable-Amplifier/dp/B09H213CFF/ref=sr_1_3?crid=BLWJ02SK922L&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.E7FkSgNk7qvupRMKl3cQ65i3hpXJ4hRD38bNhieiRsJS-pZ-a-EPzu2es2_Yv-aYveFdHCEuCf2_lSxc1yOX2veuHCv9VN4KLOWPlX9HNoVWfqhkZ9Oqffl5QNGBozkgS9q_-_IQ8UUF7arXTJ5qVg.CR2LIi2b7yrCyG15l5XJ0dTE8H5gH_icukMeJlfsqes&dib_tag=se&keywords=lekato+pocket+amp&qid=1712590501&sprefix=lekato+pocket+amp%2Caps%2C146&sr=8-3
I have never used either of those, but I've heard good things. However, I do have the Boss Katana Go, which is comparable to the NUX and Mustang Micro and it is WAY better than this. Honestly, if you have your eye on one either of those, I would hold out and spend the extra money.
I have been trying to find cubesuite as well. The manual doesn't help me to find the download website. If you find anything please could you let me know :)
@@Guitarnivore I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong yet the installer doesnt seem to work? I've seen that people with win11 say its not compatible but i'm not sure
Seems like that's outdated software and it's just a temp file. This one works. Sorry about that. cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0284/0022/2287/files/CubeSuite_V2.7.8_for_Windows_OS.zip?v=1691721213
Well, it's a $40 product. The tuner is just an extra perk. After buying the new Boss Katana:Go, I wouldn't even bother with these cheap ones and I would go for something like that or the Mustang Micro or perhaps the NUX Mighty Plug.
Link to the latest software is in the description.
Thank you Scott Wharton, Lekato's tiny manuals were really impossible to read and your video made me try again this thing after 12 months💪

Glad I could help!
I bought the Donner Mini Turbo and your instructions worked the same for it. Thanks!!!
Yeah., it's rebranded under several different brands. Glad it worked out for you!
The best demo - review about it that Inhave found! Thanks!!
Best Demo with detailed and simple explanation. Thank you for your efforts and time 🙏
Best demo. easily understood what you showed. thanks man.
Thank you for the practical guide. Really appreciated!
cool, this thing is exactly what I was looking for, thank you very much for the instructions ✨
THANK YOU for this video! You helped me get so much more out of my headphone amp. Subbed.
Just bought it, love it and now love you, cause you did all the job I thought i'll have to do myself! Thanks! Subbed!
Awesome video. The manual is so bad I was close to giving up! Now I can use the thing.

Thanks! That manual is ridiculous and I was like, I gotta do something about this.
Great review. I may have to buy one for future travel!
Just ordered one from Amazon, looking forward to trying it 🙂
I hope you dig it. It's a fun little toy. Playing with the IR's can make a world of difference.

Good tutorial. Thank you. Any link where to download the CubeSuite software?
There's a link in the description. Just updated it yesterday. 👍
I didn't realize how to choose the cabs...😢
Great video! Very good explanation! Thank you. How do you pair Bluetooth with speakers or headphones?
Unfortunately you can't. You have to plug into it with speakers/phones.
@@Guitarnivore so what is the use of the BT function?
For connecting your phone and playing along with music through the device.
Hi! I can't find the software download for pc on the lekato website. Have you got a link for the download?
It's in the description along with a users manual.

If you get a stereo to mono cable you can plug it into the amp from the headphone jack. Or if your amp has a power amp input, you can use that.

I don't see why not, but I'm not sure how that will sound. I've never tried it with a piezo.
Does this gadget have built in speaker (others can hear too) ? And does it have a headphone input jack (to be heard on my own) ?😊

Can i use it for a bass guitar?
The ad description says you can, but I've never tried it.
Can I connect it with my wireless amplifier Sir?
No, it only bluetooth's in from phone or tablet. It doesn't connect out. You'll have to use a cable to connect it to your amp.
Means I can connect with my amplifier using a 1/4 cable?
You would need an 1/4" to 3.5mm adapter to plug into the device. Or vice versa to plug into the amp.
my lekato wont onnect
