I got this software a while ago, and tbh after you set it up to your liking it sounds PHENOMENAL! In Warzone I had to turn on the in-game audio type "Dynamic Home Theater" for it to sound crystal clear without getting muddied out, however in literally every other game I own (which is a damn lot) it just turns the entire experience around. It's my favorite audio software.

Your newest update broke THX Spatial Audio. The one that merged The USB Sound Card and THX Spatial Audio into one output device. So thanks for that. My audio sounds like crap.

So when you modify the razer synapse through installed apps and include the thx spatial module back you get the driver back but no sound goes through it 😂.

Bought my Razer Kraken TE Mic years ago and It's been the best I've ever had
I have this encoder. I've used this for almost a year. It's amazing to adjust the filters for music listening so that's highly recommended by me.
One caveat it only plays 16bit, 48000 Hz (DVD quality). Please make it so it can play at 24bit 192000 Hz, I beg you. Ore something higher because the quality is noticeably low when playing games.

i seem to have an issue trying to buy it, its either put me in america, or random euope country with no ability to change it, and trying to install from the microsoft store also result in errors, is the 20$ from the site needed or is it included with razer headphones? like with the USB audio controller?

2 days ago i bought Razer Leviathan V2 . On Synapse app i can see EQ for soundbar but it doesnt work. Neither Stereo nor Thx Spatial doesnt work. Do i have to purchase somekind software ? Can you help me please.

Wait... So the full version does not come with the BlackShark v2 pro ? I dont see Environmental or Competitive mode, nor can i adjust volume seperate like shown in this video. I just downloaded the 14 days demo and it has way more options then what comes with the headset... Am i missing something, or do i really have to pay 20 extra to get this ???
Just FYI, this actually helps out pretty huge in Call of Duty Warzone.
I have the Razer Blackshark V2 and can confirm THX spatial audio isn't that great. First, the software with the other half of the features is locked behind a $20 paywall, the synapse software does only a few things in the THX menu. THX makes voices from discord echo along with every sound you will hear, I haven't found a way to separated the game and discord so idk if it can be fixed. It sounds great with supported games, sadly the supported games are minimal. With my headset I have the option to use the USB sound card or THX as separate audio devices, I've been using the USB sound card audio device as it sounds pretty good and doesn't have that echo in discord. If I am playing a THX supported game and I am not in a discord call, I might turn on THX since there is a noticeable difference in audio quality.
If you go to windows sound settings for programs emitting sound, there should be an option to select where the sound is outputted, so you would switch discord from thx spatial to USB soundcard

I have BlackShark v2 and its my first surround headphones, and when i use surround i feel like sound quality is lower or inaccurate or it sound like it has some filter, not sure how to say it most correctly. I kinda dont like it, so am wondering is that how it should be or these headphone dont have good surround or what?
