A rare clip of Moffo actually singing live, as opposed to lip synching as she was wont to do. I wish we had more of them, I'm not sure an opera singer has ever looked lovelier singing.
Not to take away from the wonderful video, or your lovely comment: but this is the first time in my life I’ve seen someone (other than my odd self, lol!) use the word “wont” in conversation. I love it. Cheers, my friend!

I'm no expert, but she seems to inhabit the character of a very young girl very much breathlessly and ardently in love. I can't find any fault with this performance and it gives me chills every time I listen.
