I like the arrangement. I can't think of an orchestral piece in which Bach used clarinets. They had already been invented by 1700, but I don't think they were very standard in orchestras until late 18th or 19th century. Anyway, this prelude and fugue always sounded very like a concerto grosso to me, so it's a great idea to arrange it for Baroque orchestra.

After listening to a number of these WTC pieces recently, the prelude on No.17 was one that sounded like it would work well for orchestra, and so I thought I would give it a go. And yeah, the clarinet came into common use a little later than Bach, but I liked the sound of the instrument in the MuseScore program, and since they still fit within the later 18th century orchestra, I figure I can get away with using them.
