I know it seems like Tyrion is just trying to get Missandei and Grey Worm to drink but I think his main goal was for them to feel human. He wants them to have fun conversations, play games, party occasionally. I think it's nice Tyrion is trying to show them how they could be living now that they don't work under slave masters.
He's the friend of two sheltered children that never drank, never went to the movies, never had any fun in their lives. The desire to see your friends have fun is compelling.
"You wait so fat time". I don't know why but I died. Probably because Tyrion thinks he is being genuine.
Zair TheBear large sorry
Zair TheBear thats was phenomenal i laugh so hard until this day 😂😂😂😂😂
They waited long enough to make that joke. With how many languages floating around, it's bound to happen sooner or later.
Greyworms reaction just seals it lol
im here to help. dont eat the help. 😂😂😂😂
Next I had an idea like that. Punch me in the face.
Well tyrion watched how to train your dragon
hustlaah haaltsuh this dude has serious balls
You see Tyrion doesn't actually have legs, He stands astride his massive balls.
Don't forget his not-dwarf-sized cock
😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😄😄😄
This show should end with Tyrion, Bronn, Varys and Podrick sat around a table by Tyrion's vineyard, drinking.
You haven't been paying attention if you think this has a happy ending.
I still think the ending is going to be GRRM explaining to his editor that the name of this act is "The Aristocrats!"
Close
Cast of Thrones
Very very close
"Next time I ever have an idea like that, punch me in the face!"
Haha I think Tyrion is the only other person to get that close to the dragons other than their mother and live to say so.
he has targerian blood
JayCee NOT ANYMORE BOIII
So did jon snow
@@beastmasterbg who?
I mean Jorah fucked with em some when they were lil
"The Imp's Delight"
Now that there is the White Walkers whisky, it will make sense to have that one!
Didn't you know?...the imp got punched in his face for having an idea like that ..
Going drinking with Tyrion would be fucking hilarious
Perhaps some very sharp comic irony in that he can drink anyone under the table.
Rhaegal: Should we eat him?
Viserion: Not enough to make a mouth full.
“A few more series for him to fatten up, we’ll eat in S9 or S10…..”
Tyrion's admiration for the dragons is so pure in a series that gets pretty dark. I don't think it ever shows him getting to ride one either.
*You must be this tall to ride*
Don’t you have to be a targaryen or valyrian to bond and ride a dragon?
@@jackmehoff2420 you have to be a targaryen or a targaryen bastard (dragon seed) to be able to ride a dragon. Only people with Valyrian Dragon Lords Blood can ride a dragon.
@@eladhmarie isn’t that what I said
@@jackmehoff2420 no yours would be incorrect since there are valyrians that can’t ride dragons like Corlys Velaryon
The good boi politely said “me next” and waited for Tyrion to undo him🥺🥺
Tyrion Lannister, Liberator of Dragons
Remover of Chains!
@@glasswolf2061this comment is gold
Large sorry, you wait so fat time.
"Next time I have an idea like that punch me in the face" hahah 😂😂😂😂
"don't eat the help" 😂😂
I know many consider seasons 6-8 as a period when the show was degrading (and they're not wrong IMO) but the part with Tyrion and the dragons was very heartfelt and memorable.
S6 is great,especially E9 and 10.
S7 and 8 are bad tho.
what you said is right except for S6 it was the last good season
I think most consider season 6 to be better than season 5 overall
@@haydeng3541 Season 6 had the Battle of the Bastards did it not? That was a high point in terms of great battle scenes. Plus, the very satisfying demise of a superb villain.
season 7 is still good but certainly downgraded. 8 was a clown show.
“Anyone not drinking is disrespecting are queen” “immediately take a sip” 😂amazing
Our
Tyrion must be a Targaryen somewhere along the line. He and Jon Snow are the only ones apart from their mother who have physically put hands on the dragons.
Everyone who got saved at the frozen lake is a Targaryen
There’s a theory that Tyrion is a bastard son of the Mad King, making him a half-brother to Daenerys.
@@17Watman In the books, for instance, Tyrion has white albino hairs and there are heavy hints all over the chapters that he is not the natural son of Tywin. Since Tywin was quit high in the ranks at that time only someone in the royal family could have "disrespected " him this way. Just to say that it is something more than a theory, at least in the "books universe"...
@@Orchiblasta Interesting. I wonder how that will play out in the books?
I seriously fucking love that last scene. The three best pairs in Game of Thrones is Tyrion and Bronn, Tyrion and Varys and lastly The Hound and Arya.
Daenyrys and Jorah?
Jonathan Woodside
Meh. I like them because of the comedy aspect.
Bronn with anyone really :D
^ right?!? bronn and jamie are hilarious together as well 😂
MїĈhÃЭĹ ĴoЯđÃй I've actually always liked Brianne and podrick
I lost it at 'large sorry' and then died at 'you wait so fat time' 😂😂
Small man, large sorry
6:19 story really makes me teary eye, I can picture the boy, happy and so excited, longing, wishing for just one thing and then being laughed at by everyone as he is informed that his dream is not possible not even with the money and connections of his family, it makes me so sad for no reason
the best part "I drink and I know things"
I love how when Tyrion was talking to the dragons they were listening like children - especially the second one! 😄🤗💖🐉
Don't eat the help 😂😂😂😂
'That's what I do, I drink and I know things' 🍷🗿
I love this scene, where he frees the dragons, and then says, if I ever want to do something so foolish again, punch me in the face. Too funny.
I expect after that he went to his chambers to change his pants.
I want Tyrion to say something like... "I will hop on the Dragon and follow the Queen"... And Varys punches him in the face... 🤣🤣
3:13 "you wait so fat time" ... that had me 😂😂🤣
Interesting little detail at 6:36. In House of the Dragon (HOTD) when Daemon approached the dragon in S1E10 underneath Dragonstone, he also placed the torch on the ground. It makes me wonder if Tyrion accidentally did the correct Targaryen/Valyrian customs and that saved his life from being eaten.
Yes I also noticed this. Also Tyrion talking to the Dragons. Daemon sings to them in HOTD. It makes me feel like the dragons are at the very least capable of understanding intention, if not outright intelligent enough to understand human speech.
Or, more likely, it was just two different characters setting down their torches. The dragons would be just as clueless to any Targaryen customs or traditions as Tyrion would be.
2:10 But Tyrion already drinks all the time.
Yeah but i'm pretty sure he's question why a man like Varys doesn't drink all the time. Maybe Vary's wants to stay sharp, but then again Tyrion drinks like a fish and he's as sharp as he is.
Eh, Canadian Gamer My dad drinks a lot but he's got a lot of common sense. That's one thing Tyrion has over the other Lannisters
"That's what I do, I drink and I know things", I got a T-Shirt and sweatshirt with that phrase on it :)
I have a similar one ^^ It's a dragon surrounded by books and says: "That's what I do. I drink coffee, I read books, and I know things."
the theorists say that Tyrion wanting a dragon and being able to approach them signifies that he is a secret Targaryan. Another one!
'The dragon has three heads'
Gerard Jagroo In the books He has blond /white hair like danerys!
#it'scomplicated only two now
They're like somewhat feral cats, I think. They instinctively distrust nearly all people. Doesn't mean that they don't like anyone, and the occasional person can befriend them without knowing them since a young age, doesn't mean it requires a special bloodline though. That's what I think anyways.
no hes has strawy blond hair, she has silvery gold hair in the books
Wait so Tyrion invented Never Have I Ever?
So now they have two breakers of chains?
three. Remember wildlings and the wall
I’m just glad that Tyrion was represented so well from the writing- albeit a little more handsome than I had imagined , but this is the screen and well done Peter.
"The imps Delight" HAHAHA love it :D
Always disturbs me when the amount of liquid in the glass changes during a scene.
Well, they have to pass the time somehow :P
Gotta love continuity 😂
Mystery character: "How do you know this?"
Samwell Tarly: "I read it in a book."
Mystery character: "How do you know this?"
Tyrion Lannister: "That's what I do, I drink and I know things."
Every scene of Tyrion Lannister is the best of Tyrion Lannister, especially all of them in season 2.
"Don't eat the help" lmao XD
Tyrion is like an extroverted friend trying to get bud introverted friends to do stuff
"Next time I have an idea like that punch me in the face"... I said the same thing after my divorce 😭😂😭😂😭😂😭😂
"How do you know?" Tyrion: "That's what i do. I drink and know things" Best quote ever!:D
"A wise man once said" is a foreshadowing how they murdered Tyrion's character and wit to oblivion.
I want to see Varys punch Tyrion in the face without warning in series seven.
0:55 best quote ever of tyrion lol,, he owned them all lol
Where is the scene where Gray Worm, Missandei and Tyrion tell jokes? That part was fun.
I want to see that Varis punching Tyrion who doesnt want to see that
I think Tyrion is the bravest Lannister. I also think those dragons would have let him ride them
"That's what I do. I drink, and I know things."
Season 1-4 Tyrion: "Some people would consider me one of the most intelligent men in westeros."
Season 5-8 Tyrion:" Duuuhhhhhhh......"
"The Imps Delight" Peter Dinklage should actually make a Wine brand called that 😂😂😂.
I reckon it'd be a success and I believe he has the resources and network to make it happen.
This man basically carried the last couple of seasons
Literally did not.
One of my top favorite scenes...Was it Rhegal that lit the fire in his throat? Holy mother of mothers! I would have shat a gold brick right there!! Then they listened to his story... Awesome
Tyrion Lannister, The breaker of chains, the freer of dragons.
Anyone not drinking is disrespecting our queen I swear Mr. Dinklage (exuse me if I spelt his name wrong) is the shows comedian and tyrion is also funny in the books so laugh away people 😅😅😂
Tyrion made this show goddamn 🔥🔥🔥 😂😂😂
at 1:36 the is less full than at 1:41 Tyrion makes wine, this could be symbolic of Jesus. Tyrion is Jesus, don't even try to argue with this perfect theory.
GrammarOGs I would worship him
Let us not forget how he's the god of tits and wine.
I love that line
"We don't drink"
"Until you do"
+Eh, Canadian Gamer yes I'm going to use it for heroin
If you keep watching it also disappears mid-sentence xD
Lol. When he tries to play something to break the ice.
Just love Tryion, one of the best characters xx
“I drink and I know things”
I bought a cup that says that, best cup ever
That thumbnail is golden.
The way Grey Worm say Patrol with the accent and the sound is so satisfying
Short but sweet...fitting.
Lord Tyrion, breaker of chains.
"Next time I have an idea like that... Punch me in the face."
haha I love this so much
A wise man once said the true history of the world is the history of great conversations in elegant rooms
He's one of my favorites. I would love to have a drink with Tyrion and converse.
"Patrol. When I am going on patrol with the Unsullied. What we see on patrol. Who we capture on patrol." 😂😂😂
Oh damn i forgot Tyrion actually went down to the two dragons.
They thought he was too small to eat 😂
his dream is so beutiful
This show is amazing.....I can't wait for the ending
Now, how was the ending? 😂😂😂
Don't eat the help! !!!! Dam 😂😂😂
That whole scene shows Tyrion at his bravest and, simultaneously, most adorable. Peter Dinklage is one of the greatest actors of his generation.
"Next time I have an idea like that, punch me in the face" is amongst the best lines.
Tyrion and the Dragons scene is a Shakespeare monologue. A beautiful performance
6:11 Dragon, laughing at Tyrion's joke
What a good joke it was, too.
never watched this season, pretty amazing that these scenes look like they all came from one episode
I love how the second dragon is like 'take mine off too please'
This whole show is just tyrion trying to find drinking buddies 🤣🤣
Tyrion in the start seems like a dad who is forced to interact with his children.
This man is a fucking legend
Fookin LEGEND*
i love him 👏👏💖💖
I like his last sentence: “next time I have an idea to feed the dragons. Punch him in the face.”
Tyrion in season 6 is basically him trying to get others to drink
His job is P A T R O L
In memory of Viserion 😔😭😭😭
Tyrion getting pissy at Theon for making short jokes when that's definitely not what happened 🤭
Tyrion. The king of peer pressure😂
Best line in the show has to be please don't eat the help
I drink, and I know things.
Really wish he created that vineyard 🥺
Peter Dinklage was the best actor of that show period.
Tyrion and the dragons is one of my favorite scenes. As a small child I too want a dragon... as an adult... I still want a dragon!
I drink and i know things, love it
3:40 Grandmaster manipulation. Literally got in Greyworms head in less than 10 words 😂
Tyrion the Legend
Poor Rhaegal and Viserion. Didn't deserve what happened to em.
Season 8 should’ve ended with Tyrion at a vineyard
Tyrion had some balls on him to do what he did, things would have turned out alot different if drogon had been down there
They probably wouldn't be languishing if they had big Drogon with them.
"Don't eat the help"
