Sadly jlcpcb have recently changed their pricing structure. I have been using them for years and the v-grooving on their 10cm x 10cm prototype size used to be free. Now there's an engineering fee for it. Even getting previously made panels which cost $2 or $5 will now cost $5.50 or extra on top of what you previously paid.
Nope, not anymore for $2. Now they are charging $9 engineering fee for panelization. So, the $2 is not there anymore. Also, the free shipping they used to have is not there either. My boards quote is: $7.56 + $9 engineering fee for panelizing + $12.50 shipping.
You just need to allow for the 10mm edge. So just stay within 90mm on the vertical axis and within 100mm on the horizontal and you'll get it for $2. Just ordered a couple hundred board for next to nothing :)
Yes, I can confirm - it is not anymore just $2. If you use panelization there is additional fees and the price goes up to $12-$13 and the shipping to my country is another $10 for a total 23 dollars. In my case for 10 PCBs they ask for $2 + $7.07 shipping = $9.07 and for 30 PCBs (3pcs on a single panel) the price is $12.72 + $10.42 shipping = 23.14. BTW I get exactly the same price ($12.72+$10.42) if I select 30 PCBs without panelization.
Христо Христов It seems you get free panelization every time you place a new $2 order, but it doesn't work if you try to bundle orders in the same shipment. They need to be completely seperate. Also it only works with 1 design.
Yes, I am talking about one design only. My PCB is 24 x 98 and with the standard settings the cost is $2 + shipping. But if I click on panelization and select 3 x 1 PCB the resulting panel size is 72 x 98 which is smaller than 100 x 100, but the cost rises to 12.72 + shipping. Which is the same cost if I select 30 PCBs without panelization. So obviously the panelization trick does not work anymore. Alternatively you can prepare Gerber files that include more than one PCB, but it's not that easy.
the biggest lie is that he didnt really design the pcb by himself... he asked someone else to give him a copy of the files so he can boast to the internet users about his accomplishments and free pcb manufacturing.. this guy is a load of fish.. i dont think that any pcb factory would want to even talk to his foolish hands...
+$4.6 for me and its 5 instead of 10. The price to count is about half for me though because i get 6 times the PCBs for 3 times the cost. Better than nothing I guess?
I've ordered many projects from jlpcb and have never had an issue. The boards are very durable, look nice and are exactly based on the what you see is what you get from the gerbers you send them. The price is very reasonable. I suspect those who have had issues are not telling the whole story.
We ordered about 30 different designes from JLC and only once did we have a major problem where the solder mask was shifted by more than 0.75mm to one side wich lead to pads beeing not solderable. Once we got a batch that had black spots on it or batches where some PCBs missed a PAD but besides that it always worked very well.
@@tarmogr5801 That is correct. The total cost for the PCB I ordered was EUR 79,00. On top of that I had to pay EUR 45 (I think it was) where-in EUR 12 was a handling fee for DHL (they handle the toll fees for the German government) and EUR 2,50 in VAT. I still haven't figured out how they came up with that aount. And I'm not going to read the 19 pages of information they send me!
@@tarmogr5801 Well. True, but the PCB's I ordered was now once in that size and finance. :-) I actually found a manufacturer is Aarchen in Germany that can do it to almost the same price (well 30% more expensive). So, why order from China.
When you order a panelized board and you want them to panelize, do you enter the single board dimensions? (and then qty of boards, plus the rows and columns). And when you want to have them assembled what panelized size do they prefer? (JLC or PCBWAY)
That's what I've done, message me back in about a week or two and I should have them by then. It does seem to have worked though as it has panelized dimensions as well as single.
attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, the price is low at JLCPCB but there is no customer service! If you have a problem, JLCPCB is always right! pay with Paypal, if you have a problem you will have the opportunity to open a dispute, personally I do not recommend this factory
careful with jlcpcb. My bank account was hacked from using jlcpcb. They stole over 500$ from me. chances are that they are stealing your pcb designs as well. DO NOT TRUST CHINA!!!

@@xristost68 try making it 98 x 24?
They payed you for this video not meaning that you will make a lie.

Not any more, now they add 8$ fee

You are just making joke! In $2! What about $46 shipment? This whole is reaching to $48. Why do you mislead people?
Not only that. Here in the EU, you will need to pay import tax as well. That's 19 percent.

Well that's in the EU... in the USA it only costs a *total* under $15 for a set of boards like this including 4 day shipping.
Finally I understand the "Panel by JLCPCB" feature. Thank you!
Sergio Laines welcome
Thanks! This answered the 2nd question I had about this service.
Bro ordering in jlc PCB is too costly
PCB is 2$ but delivery is 23$. Total 25$.
Jlc pcb shows 2s for 5 pcb, but they take 2 dollar extra from shipping amount.
lol scam nice $2 boards and $25 shipping
Finallyy !!! the wait is over . The video was quite nice ;)
Tech Inventor Aman yep
what about shipping cost?

Dude you need to activate windows.
My windows has said not activated forever but it works fine, Ever since the upgrade
if i select QTY 10, then will i get 10pcs of panels or 10 of sub-board?
Great very nice
No no 1000000000000 PCB's fot 10 cents???!!!!
How do you cut the individual PCBs from the panelized board?
They just fold and snap apart. V-grooves extend from edge to edge and are typically maybe 70-80% of the thickness of the pcb.
they charge me Merchandise Total: $39.98
and Shipping Charge: $52.83 they make profit form shipping now adays.
Not really their shipping to the USA is only about $12 via DHL and its very fast.
JLCPCB update it now panelization will charge more $........
This offer is no longer relevant. Panelization now costs extra, which raises the price to $22
btw how do you get ads with 854 subs?
Hi, can use vcut to separate to many boards?
hi, if i use this method, SMT service dont work, you know how to duplicate pcb in EasyEda?
could you share your designs for transformerless power supply?
But not show 2$ you can see 25$ pay , your order
How do you separate the individual PCB from the Panelized PCB. ?
Please reply
@@tarmogr5801 Thanks dear.
Do we have option in easyeda pcb design software to mark our own v cut according to our own PCB design.
Please confirm
Thank you bro for giving this information 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌
Just so you know we can still see your address for half a second mate, Jaipur,India
2$ is for 5 10 x 10 cm PCB
He's clearly been paid to promote, they look perfectly good in fairness! But internet explorer, come on

can you but a schematic or a Gerber file for the transformer less 12v power supply
mahmoud mhamad why not send me your mail I'd I'll share with you in next 72 hours
Just4 Electronics cant you upload it to some hosting service
can you separate them? Can you use diffrent pcbs?
there is v-scoring, so it should be relatively easy to break them apart using bare hands or plyers..
Did your doctor asked you to make videos? Why waste other time?
goto 6:30 for the jest of it..
Which project is this
this is transformer less powersupply of 12v
Fabulous.... Akshay
SANJAY KUMAR GUPTA thanks brother
I think I'll stick to Oshpark
Is it still $2 when you order the second time?
yes whenever you order no matter which order first pcb will always cost 2$
Shipping cost????
khanuvaist you can check JLCPCB website for that
How much for your pcb cost
picarera...
did it use v-scoring so you could just snap off the pcbs by hand?
vol vox Yes you can easily brake it with you're hands
you will need to get some bear hands from the ebay.
