This is defo a huge W overall, dude even just getting that Codex of Power revamp was enough to get me super exited, I was seriously just expecting to get a good itemization but probably would have to wait for a Codex update in S5, and that's just a 1/10th of the cool stuff we'll get. bro imagine in S5 we get an endgame ovrehaul as massive as what's coming in S4, D4 will not be just good, but F*ing GOOD!
