Domain variants wouldn't be a bad idea at all, some basic variant could be: 0.2 second Infinite Void - By pressing the special while the startup of the normal Domain goes you could create a flash of light that stuns every one in your range for just a few seconds like 2-3, it would have less cool down about maybe half as much. It would be completely interruptable before flash. Barrierless Shrine - Similarly by pressing special while the windup, the barriers broke off but the shrine still rises and starts slashing around, the range of it increases, but the damage weakens by distance. Embodiment of Perfection - The Domain opens as normally, but instead of the normal effect everyone gets inflicted with the move that normally needs to be used twice to kill, so those who get inflicted first lose a skill and everyone else dies like normally. The Domain duration would be shortened by some and player wouldn't take any other effect from the domain itself. Quick Gamble - The idea would be that spins come out after one move, but chances of jackpot are decreased and have no guarantee, but the immortality has the same duration.
For the Embodiment of Perfection i think it should be when you use it, it will show the domain like normal but can’t kill anyone inside and after the hands finally reached the end of the domain the domain will break and the Domain User can aim to someone to die like in the anime when he fights Todo and Itadori but you can choose anyone even people who is outside the domain and also should make the User immortal after the domain breaks so no one can kill the user and the user can aim the players and kill them without being killed by a hollow purple and then after the user aimed at someone the target will die instantly and explode and then the user is no longer immortal.
0.2 Idea: If you press 4 + R then a small star of the domain appears behind you after that you charge up a dash and run very quickly, hitting anyone will hit them a lot and if they are low just rip their head off.

i feel like the whole concept behind a 0.2 second domain is just pointless while it'd be a little cool, why use it? you're shortening your domain time just for the stun and nothing else. using the regular domain is a better option, unless this 0.2 second domain was faster and harder to escape from
It could be used as many things, for one it could help Gojo users escape from like teamers, simply put Teamers will still be hit by the Domain Expansion’s sure hit effect, while The Gojo user would have a chance to escape or use the surroundings to his advantage considering u can’t take a trash can with you inside the domain unless you’re not the one casting the domain expansion now if you don’t wanna use Gojo and just want to use Mahito, it would work as the way it did in the anime, you would cast it for .2 seconds and all of the enemies get damaged and have some sort of downgrade Like as if they couldn’t move as much or had the poison effect from megumi’s Orochi
why use 0.2 domain instead of the regular one though? you could still hit the teamers with a hollow purple and then finish them off afterwards with blue and red i understand mahito's domain though, i would rather have that instead of gojo's 0.2

Idea: 0.2 domains makes the efrct linger in said area so if someone jumps in after domain gets canceled early boom! They are stunned too.
