No heads up to the changes, I can see why loyalist are upset. UAD needs to reverse and refund those that paid the upgrade fees. WTH does "backfill" code mean ? Hey UAD, it should be LOUD and CLEAR on how customers feel about this one.
I already have the SSL collection and I have to pay 163 euros again for the update?
OMG
No, 10 Euro!
@@hinky7729 i'm in France and its actually 163euros
@@hinky7729 no they ask me 163euros, omg
How does it work with the processor? How much does each instance load it? Thank You
To my experience, the native release can handle way more instances than the DSP chip. I tested out loading about 40-50 instances on a Mac Studio M1 (64 GB ram) and found that it can handle the plugin with no issues. The CPU still wasn't maxed out.
Can the side chain function use in Cubase? I found that some UAD plugins are not support side chain function in Cubase😭
yes. ruclips.net/video/r-wjJSZOshM/видео.html
@@UniversalAudio I have read this video already but some of the compressor such as all 1176 are not support this function. There is no side chain button in the VST side chain slot. Moreover did UAD2 plug-in support side chain in Cubase now?
Correct, not all have it. The SSL plugins now do as well as Capitol Mastering and API 2500
I own ythe UAD 2 ver How can i get the native is by far the best SSL Emulation
You have to pay to get the native...
Una mi er da, supuestamente ya se pago por este plugin en COMPLETE UAD, no es un plugin nuevo, no tiene sentido es un plugin antiguo
How about trying it out a traditional vocal where someone is actually singing? It’s hard for me to tell on a rap vocal.
Great for the native version, but why should I buy again a plugin that I allready own? Stop shiting over your clients, "oh look the same doll, but now has a new hat"
Sans rire il font payer le plugin ?
Mais je l'ai déjà payer c'est vraiment exagérer !
nickle and dime
So disappointed UA still wants to charge us for a native version, which is totally against their promise before. I am not going to pay 1 cent for their plugins again.
Its ....Ok....if they would have put more "Saturation" on the Plugin.....it would be better..this where Sand3 Beats it
Can we use Spark plugin on the road without internet connection?
no
Sure, get a USB iLok.
You guys did say any owned DSP plugins would be free native versions. I remember that. Also worst tech support ever,, no responses and inefficient resolutions,. I own an Octo and a Twin, spent so much on your guys, This is how you will lose in this industry.
Sorry to hear this. What is your ticket #? Happy to look into it for you.
Plug alliance has a WAY better SSL channel strip called the 9000 J.
This is the classic SSL 4000 E console. Different devices.
Now SSL G please…the one from Eminem. 🫢😉🤓😂
Not complaining as I was considering a satellite just for SSL. For $10, I have no complaints.
