Chuck, actually may konting tweak. Ditch the filipino style spaghetti sauce. Instead, go for a much sour tomato sauce. then add a condensed milk depending on your taste. Bay leaf (remove it before you serve it), roasted peppercorns. Try mo ulit version 2. Dont forget to add the mushroom soup powder (dilluted with 3/4 cups water), ditch the hotdogs, use ground beef for halal purposes. Lastly, All purpose cream. It should look like kare kare (only the color). It will taste like bomb people will like it. If you can, use delimondo corned beef ranch style or spicy style.
But it will not be the typical Filipino spaghetti that we used to eat. So maybe he did this video to get the honest reaction of the people from the classic Filipino style spaghetti
