LOL ya'll going through withdrawal because I am not buying shoes or clothes like that anymore (so not doing these extensive outfit looks) is the reaction to 2024 I did not expect at all. People have no idea how time consuming filming various outfits are for vids, plus pics for the thumbnail. They'll continue to be far and few but I always appreciate the support and positive feedback.

I got lucky and hit 2 pairs! I definitely can't wait for the pink/peach colorway of the low to come out. Also for anyone wanting a pair me personally I got my true to size 10.5 and would be perfect for hooping, but for casual wear I'd definitely recommend going up a half size.

I definitely appreciate you touching on the Yeezy comparisons. I loved hooping in my quantum’s. I have extremely strong legs so the weight of shoes doesn’t bother me. I love my ae1s velocity blues. Excited about these lows.
Braids are cute sis😊…beautiful shoe, I need a pair, the RLC cargos are good, I wear my pair all the time. Love both looks. The coaches jacket is fire, can’t beat that price.
i had a lot of issues with Glue on my mids personally i had to return few pairs and repurchase another pair because of it actually the storm trooper colorway and the Allstar pair had the problem for me but. I'm not sure if i was just lucky or there were others with same issue.
I copped the Mural colorway and it is firee! Picked the 6.5 UK size and glad I did cause it matches my usual shoe fit for Nike (Adidas sizing is like +1 for me from Nike lol). I don't like too snug of a fit - love some breathability but the way it closes on my ankle is amazing! These AE1s are fiiiiiire 🔥🔥

I was able to try them at a local Champs and the removal of the front few eyelets really made them more comfortable for me - the round laces really dug into my feet in that area in the mid-top. I could just not lace that area but it just wouldn't look that great with the empty eyelets right in the front. May wait for the "Mural" colorway instead of these. I wasn't able to judge them from a try-on but I REALLY hope they improved the laces. I have the mid-top Stormtroopers, and the laces become undone so often and so easily even after really tying them down.
I was wondering what your review would be like. Everyone is raving about them, and I do love the design esthetic, but I am really struggling with the fit. I picked up the All-Star colorway in a 7.5M, and they felt way too long. I returned them and waited for these lows, which I picked up in a 7M. The toe box feels way too narrow height-wise, and it feels like the shoes are pressing down on my toe. On top of that, I have heel slippage, so I'm not sure I could size up. I also found the midsole to be pretty firm, given the cushioning tech. I'm trying to break these in more and give them a chance, but I can't see trying to play in these.
Sorry to hear all the struggles you're having with them. Going TTS for me would have been a no go for sure because of the compressed feeling in the toe area.
Did you experience heel slip on these i went a half size down....but then again i wear my shoes loose laced but i definitely feel weight in the back of the lows vs mids
Would you wear them with Jeans. Just curious. I wear my harden 8’s play off with black jeans and I have the pioneers as well. They are the most comfortable adidas sneakers I have wore yet. I love them.
I went a half size down and the heel slippage is just terrible honestly. The tongue being so loose is actually a problem for me. Shoe is so fire tho, unfortunate. Great review

Let’s remind this is a shoe of 110 dollar, not a Lebron of 180. And it’s equally good in performing and better looking.

I was wondering what your review would be like. Everyone is raving about them, and I do love the design esthetic, but I am really struggling with the fit. I haven't had the issues that many say is a major issue.
Coming back to update lol so if I leave them really loose laced, yes, there is heel slippage, once I tie them, not really an issue for me.
