I was trying to use state food safety to open up my own food establishment if i only knew the nightmare of what was to come. i spent almost $200 on the training and exam and didn't even get a chance to take the test. so I thought its ok ill call and see if they could help me after 5 call and being left on hold for an hour I had the pleasurer of talking to Dario who a least pretended to care and Nancy who could care less and was given the run around. sadly I'm still waiting on a refund my advice go with someone else - 5 star for these crooks.
You talked about the serv safe food manager test? Did you try to do it online? Please could you tell me why you don't have opportunity to take it if you pay for it?

Theres some answer foshy here. You can't have fruits at 135 F and you don't hold it in hot food. Fruits must be cold.
