I have been folding origami butterflies, letting your music play in the background and this song caught my attention since I had not heard this one before. It's so beautiful it hurts. Sometimes I wish music didn't relate so much, it means others have had similar experiences and that makes me feel overwhelming melancholy.
I’ll never claim to know what a song is truly about, but the way I hear this song through my own ears, it depicts the anger, dissociation, panic, paranoia and painful identity crisis that can come from the trauma another person can inflict on you. I am just blown away and so emotional at how understood I feel while listening; it very cathartic to my own healing. Thank you for doing what you do, and keep doing it ❤
