    Love the 222! The Cowan 206 and 500E in MSFS have really simple flight models. Fun as heck to fly, like for sightseeing around Sedona, but not very realistic. The FlyInside 206 feels alot like the UH-1 in DCS, but with the expected lighter feel that aircraft would have comparatively. Of course, the FlyInside Bell 47 and 206 make use of their heli app that gives them their own flight characteristics without using the MSFS flight dynamics. I hope to see the 222 in MSFS soon! Thanks for the video! 🙂

      msfs has very nice scenery graphics but unfortunately the flight model doesn't even come close to the realistic flight model offered by x-plane. They are two sims aimed at different people, those who want to learn to fly by facing the difficulty of the case or those who simply want to fly and enjoy the scenery.

      @@alfonsogiordano-72 This has already been debunked by both RL pilots and sim pilots running the same aircraft side by side in XPlane and MSFS. It is one thing to say that you prefer XPlane over MSFS but do not say something that has already been proven to be false many times over.

      @@ImpendingJoker I have used Flight simulator since 1998, and I have collected all versions up to X. I started using x-plane 11 about 1 year ago, also because after trying xp10 in 2011 I was not satisfied with how the helicopters were made, I mean technically. Now trying Msfs2020 I have seen a big leap in quality in the scenarios compared to previous versions, but technically x-plane is superior because it focuses more on the aircraft technique than on the scenarios however realistic and animated those of msfs can be. Then there is also DCS which in my opinion is in first place in the ranking for having the collision physics active as well but to use it in deep you need a military system knowledge. However it depends what you are looking for in a simulation software. I use XP mostly because I'm interested in improving my piloting, and I use Msfs when I want to relax and enjoy realistic scenery. Then everyone has their own opinions, mine are these! However I didn't get Flyinside 206 yet so I don't know if fm is different from microsoft standard fm...... Will try it and will see if my opinion can change.......

      @@alfonsogiordano-72 Your opinion is still based on incorrect information. MSFS CFD has made the simulator every bit as good as XPlane. I too have flown just about every flight simulator out there, including some rather obscure ones that you've most likely even heard of like Chuck Yeager's Advanced Flight Simulator, the Jet Fighter series and many under the Jane's brand from EA this includes all versions of XPlane and MS Flight Simulator, MS Flight, and MSFS as well as subLogic's Flight Simulator(where they ALL got their start), add to this I am a real world aviator both in and out of the military, and I can tell you without a doubt that XPlane is no longer the most realistic simulator out there, and truthfully, since A2A introduced Accu-sim technology to FSX and P3D XPlane couldn't hold a candle to it. Now, I will say that as things stand at the moment that helicopters in MSFS aren't great but they are getting better, and every developer is different. I flew the helicopters in XPlane 12 and I laughed at how easy the Robinson was to fly when it should be very squirrelly. So, no, XPlane doesn't even come as close as DCS does to helicopters.

      @@johnwicks4936 Nothing wrong with helicopters in MSFS as they stand now. I have found that most people just don't have the first clue on how to fly them in the first place so when the spin out of control and crash, they blame it on MSFS and not their lack of skill, knowledge and experience. While I freely admit the helicopters in MSFS are not perfect, they are not the unflyable monsters that so many people make them out to be. I have yet to crash or spin out of control one in the Bell 407 or the Guimbal.

    • @johnwicks4936
      @johnwicks4936 Год назад +1

      @@ImpendingJoker That’s not what I meant by the problem is MSFS. I fly helicopters all the time in DCS, Xplane 11 and MSFS but the Heli physics are in their infant stage in MSFS right now. If you look at what is coming in the next Sim update in March there are many fixes happening for helicopters. Some 3rd party devs are still using their own flight models like Flyinside. Hopefully things will mature and there will no longer be a need for this. I agree that helis are very flyable in MSFS but if you turn off the assists the helicopters are still too easy to fly. The throttles can not be properly mapped etc. That was all I meant. Cowan has chosen to use the stock MSFS flight model so for right now it doesn’t feel quite as good as an external flight model. They chose not to have to adapt later.
