In short, I believe what this song is trying to shed light on, is on how we can jokingly hurt love one, which in turn ends up hurting us in the process.
Warning us in essence to Be careful how to jest around with word that hurt with truth. Bc you just don’t know how much damage you can cause a love one. Words if not properly used can in turn hurt not only the ones hearing them , then all the more the one saying them.
So much that when we look back to see what we’ve said, it kills our spirit to learn the pain we’ve caused others.
So when he died his words went with him, which started the world living (because the offense was gone, and the world was healed and refreshed from his offenses )
