- Hello again ,
i make a makita battery 18V 5ah with an old case .
I bought the pcb board from aliexpress , and the 10 batteries 18650 from local shop.
The batteries are LG ICR18650-HE2 2500mAh - 20A cost 10*3,99 = 39.90$
The board cost = 6,50 &
a battery for makita 18v 5 ah original cost here 99$ half price at least!

That's a lot of sparks, hope you have a bucket with sand ready JUST in case. Hit that 18650 the wrong way especially on the positive side with sparks will result in a "oh shit" situation lol.

Είσαι ο μόνος από όλους όσους έχω δει, που έβαλες το θερμίστορ στην σωστή του θέση και μπράβο σου! Όλοι οι υπόλοιποι, σε άλλα παρεμφερή βίντεο, το έβαλαν κάτω από το πλακετάκι!! Καθόλου φαντασία, εντελώς! Που βρήκες οδηγίες για την σύνδεση των πρόσθετων λεπτών καλωδιων που μεταφέρουν τις τάσεις των επι μέρους στοιχείων στο κύκλωμα ελέγχου; Είναι χρήσιμη αυτή η πληροφορία, που όμως δεν φαίνεται στο βίντεο. Μπορείς να μου την δώσεις εδώ, στα σχόλια; Εννοώ σε ποιόν ακροδέκτη του κίτρινου κονέκτορα πάει ποιά τάση στοιχείου; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.

Από όπου και αν αγοράσεις την πλακέτα οι οδηγίες είναι μέσα στο description! Προτείνω να χρησιμοποιήσεις αυτόν τον τύπο shorturl.at/arPS6 , τον χρησιμοποιώ αρκετά χρόνια χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα , επίσης έχει λυχνίες στάθμης της μπαταρίας, αλλά έχει καθυστέρηση στην μεταφορά ( 50 μέρες)

If your battery pack has led indicator of battery precent , this 2 wires goes in this board !
you didn't show it charger in the original makita charger, does it accept the battery just fine?
I have 2 makita original chargers both works well with this battery !
Also I have made one more battery with this pack 5 years ago ( shorturl.at/arPS6 ) still works like the first time !
Just sayin that those after market "bms" boards are worthless. They dont have any kind of protection and cannot be charged
I had made two more batteries 4ah with this bms 3 years ago , it works very well until today !
