You should place a soul sand block and of top of it to place netherrack. You should place the vulture head on top of the netherrack block, in order to spawn the Vulturosaur. You can tame it with rotten flesh and endstone. This will give you infinite blindness and infinite health. If you kill the Vulturosaur, you get a Herobrine spawn egg. You can also retexture the sky to red.
