i dont mean to be off topic but does someone know of a method to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow lost the account password. I love any help you can offer me!

台灣四面環海，這十幾年來近海珊瑚幾乎加速死光，我想未來10年不出意外99％是全面陣亡。 如同大潭藻礁般，早已經不是政府官僚說要不要保育這一小區塊的問題，而是台灣還有幾個小區塊能給你保育！ 不光是台灣本島，我疫情前恰恰從澎湖最南的七美島回來。 那裡沿岸的沙灘一下水就可以看到海底白茫茫一片是珊瑚碎片，冰冷的海水下是死氣沉沉的礁屍！ 當下我就知道了，台灣人的後代子孫應該是再也看不到珊瑚礁了～這近20-30十年，經將環境都破壞殆盡了，回到台灣後又看到電視螢光幕上，台灣政客與決策官員的說著自己都不相信的謊話，滿口愛台灣、愛護環境，其實心理是愛著日後開發商的營運利益罷了。
