  • When Zyzz and Chestbrah began their fitness journey at the age of 17, they could have had no idea where it would take their life. By uploading videos to the internet of their workouts, life and physique, ZYZZ and Chestbrah stumbled into fame. Although, with it would come an array of downsides that would turn much of this fame into a negative.
This is, The Beautiful Tragedy Of A Legend: Zyzz.
Thank you guys for watching, like and sub if you enjoyed, SunnyV2 XO ❤
Also, the idea for this video was inspired by "Josh Brett" who posted a video on a similar topic in October 2021 titled "The Legend of ZYZZ" You can watch his version here - • The Legend of ZYZZ

You can get bigger than any dude in the gym on 250mg of test with the occasional bump up to 500mg. That's not gonna hurt you, at all.

Goddamn, way to upload this on one of my training days. I was in high school right at the height of his rise, and he was always such a gung-ho inspiration to me. It's sad it had to end the way it did, but his content helped inspire me to take better care of myself and push to be the best that I can be.

I'm glad you made this video. May Zyzz rest in peace, but just hearing the cause of death was frightening for me to say the least. Had to cut the amount of reps for most of my home workout exercises in half (the other halves were discarded) to prevent this problem from occurring (I actually get chest pain sometimes, so it is concerning after experiencing that before).

I was along for the ride from his early days on the Misc. going through my own transformation simultaneously. While I went the opposite route, going from party, festivals to clean lifestyle, no drinking, seeing him transform and inspire a generation (and now another generation) and innovate and become the blueprint for Online Fitness Influencers was and always will be inspiring. On my last ultra marathon up in the Mountains of NH, I was blasting the Zyzz playlists throughout and stopping at random to “Zyzz pose” to this day. A legend.
