Ok I loved this. It was really soothing and relaxing. It was truly such a joy to see a young black woman house hunting on her OWN terms. It makes me so proud every time I see this. I always call you my RUclips niece because for the last several years I've watched your journey. I've laughed with you. Cried with you and watch those same tears water the seeds you've planted that have made you grow. Your confirmation has helped this auntie so much. Loved all of them but the 1st and last one were my favorite. The staging and finishes on these houses are absolutely gorgeous.
OMG Sis!! As a Realtor myself, I loved all of them!! Each home just kept getting better and better. Like you said, I too could literally pick the best features of each and create the most perfect space LOL! But, I think it’s the bright, spacious kitchen and window over the sink for me in Home #4 with the nice backyard. Good luck and I’m wishing you the very best!!🫶🏡🤗
I love these house hunting videos. I agree with you about getting a place that's already finished. Also definitely rental income is important. They all had things to offer but as you said the last one was the best. You'll get the right home at the right time. You just have to be open to it and believe it. Thank you and Bravo Monroe!!

Oh, how we needed this vlog. ❤ the first brownstone. I’m old and happenin. I still want to be in the midst. 😂 The third brownstone is beautiful and spacious. I adore Chevron floors and the finishes were 👌🏾 #’s 1 & 2 are my favs. I loved living in Bedford Stuyvesant. The tree lined streets are a vibe! ✨✨✨

House #1 would be a great pick! Loved that it was spacious for a brownstone and ok that it was in a remote area from the action. When you live in any of the major boroughs getting to the action spots aren't really an issue. It's the level of quietness and sense of peace for me! ❤
Awesome homes! My favs were 3 & 4. 3 had great room sizes and the rental was mind blowing. But I get that you desire a basement for a gym. 4 is lovely with more charm. I can really see you there. Thanks for sharing. 😊

Everything is beautiful ❤️❤️❤️. Fully renovated is the way to go. I don't understand paying above beyond and over for a home and have to renovate. I think you're gonna be happy with your choice and decorate beautifully. Congratulations again on what ever decision you make.

The first one modern and last one is traditional is great specially if you want privacy the last one gives you space for the gym and more space for an extra income unit.

I like how you know which direction the rooms face….I would only know if it is at the front or back 😂. I like all three. The first and second were the best. I liked how the bathrooms in the third home were not the same. Now back to the rest of the video…..
