Dates from around 1963/4. The TV just after 5:00 is the Bush TV125 model.

I noticed on these finished UK TVs they have a plastic window in front of the CRT but in the US they didn't do that. Why?

Fascinating film! I liked the clip of pre-containerizatoin shipping. It's funny how at around @9:10 he's got a light table, but he holds a slide up to look at it.
