    Notable QB battles:
2023, Garbers v moore. Moore had the big rep, but Garbers the much better arm, accuracy, and decision making. Garbers ultimately won.
2006, Cowan v ben Olson. Olson had the big rep, but Cowan the better qb. Cowan ultimately won
2003, Matt Moore v drew Olsen. Both SOs, moore was an nfl level qb, but Dorrell went with Drew.

It was obvious in Game 1 last year that Dante Moore wasn't ready for the QB1 position.
I would've played Dante in the first 4 games so he wouldn't burn his first year of eligibility !!

And recall that for c.10years the Regents had a hands off/campus autonomy policy re business/financial arrangements between campuses and 3rd parties. The Regents retroactively and wrongfully reneged on that to accommodate UC Berkeley. Maybe due to No Cal loving Governor Newsom. The UC system does employ the UCLA Uni Cops which they could w/hold if we fight them in court. Maybe other UC benefits would be cut off, as well. But fight them we must. "Millions for defense, not one penny in tribute".
"The University of California employs more than 252 police officers who provide the full range of law enforcement services at all UC campuses".

1st, don't pay the calimony. Let the regents make the next move. 2nd, the AD should be fired. This isn't because of calimony, its because he faily terribly on how he managed Chip. He should have never signed Chip up for that last year. The AD never held Chip accountable at all, especially when it came to recruiting.
