Can u give a man some advice for 2nd week of October? We've fished the far out of douglas and we have managed a few but not really any keepers. We are fishing the big bass pro tour.

It's the toughest time of the year for bass anywhere, hang out till mid October things will start getting good.
I will second what Andrew said, August is generally a brutal month to fish around here and keep in mind that this video was actually filmed like a month ago so just to put it into perspective I have caught like three bass in my last couple trips so dont get discouraged by not catchin any right now.

It all depends on where in the water column the fish are set up at in terms of how far I let that bait sink but as far as the reteieve I fish it the same time way I do a swimbait.

Theres always some fish shallow but generally around october for me

I actually dont have any, the only ones I have are just a couple that somebody made for me. Shirts might be something we consider doin in the future though.
