*for those wondering about the black eye stuff he puts on, it’s Black Kajal, also popularly known as Netranjan. Very popular in India. Best known to calm the eyes and sooth & cool the muscles.

Netranjan is made using cow dung and Ghee. Not going in my eyes.
Its not kajal its shurma basically used to clean eye and give cooling effect.

Here I am watching a vid about earwax removal which aids sleep....when I haven't slept since 2 am ( now 6am) and scratching my ear. I'm so tired of being unable to sleep through the night.

Mustard oil is something mothers are using for their kids even before they can walk. Keeping your ears lubricated is not bad. Mustard oil might be bad for medical science because it prevent it making money from every now and then ear infection. Feeling pain in ear, put few dropa of mustard oil, running nose, few drops of mustard oil in each nostril. Wanna cook something, again mustard oil. Best oil for body massage, mustard oil. Got cold, couple of ml hot mustard oil on head. When the medical science don't understand something or fear to loose something, it's gets banned. We all know how big loby it is. Vaccines gets tested and approved by various agencies in 5 to 10 years. These remedies are tested for 100s of year and people still don't habe faith in it.
