I've watched a lot of brisket trimming videos and I've never seen anyone use a brisket slicer to trim. It's genius. Looks like you have much more control as opposed to a boning knife or a breaker. great video.
Always great to be at events with you. I was there in Angleton too. Unfortunately I didn't get a call, best I got was 11th in chicken which I was happy with. Always enjoy learning from you and Alonzo.
After the first time I watched your BBQ champs brisket trim video, and cutting my own hand 4 or 5 times, I’ve been wearing the cut resistant glove on my other hand as well! Awesome video, Bill!!
Very well done. Learned a few new tricks I'll definitely adopt. You and Alonzo are definitely top tier right now. Keep smokin' and thanks for the video!
Bill you're the Picasso of trimming Brisket.....love these kind of videos. Good seeing a video from you it has been a minute. Take care my brother....warm Christmas wishes to you and your family. Cheers!🤜🤛🍻🇹🇹🇺🇸
Bill, that was a great video! I've never used a caddie, how does that work for seasoning the sides when you have to "push" it into the caddie? Does that not rub it off?
Awesome job, thanks for sharing your talents and having a great camera man Alonzo, excellent job filming.. What size brisket do you like to start with?
Good stuff Bill! Love watching you guys trim briskets. So damned therapeutic!!!
