When you plan to visit Bhutan, you typically need to go through a licensed tour operator, and they will help arrange your itinerary, guide, transportation, accommodation, and other services. They will also help you obtain the necessary travel permits. You cannot enter Bhutan as an independent traveler without a pre-arranged tour.
