I have so many ideas for an entire book verse that intertwines the story lines and leads to a huge book or trilogy that ties everything together. This task seems so daunting as a novice book writer.
I’ve decided to write a book that focuses on a war general who is wounded in battle and finds himself in this mysterious village in the center of a forest. He meets the village’s healer and she nurses him back to health. He is in the village for almost a year. The healer and general fall in love, but he has to leave to go back to the war. And then other things happen that bring the two back together.
This is book that I have been wanting to currently write. It would most likely be a stand alone fantasy novel but who knows

I actually recently self published a book, I’d been working with my book for five years and it finally came into the picture. I tried everything to include on my novel and it’d been a great experience. It was some what of an unreal journey. Thanks for being an inspiration! I’ve watched you since I was a young girl in middle school. Keep being who you are Christine! Can’t wait to read your book!

LOL the way I was about to comment like imagine being friends with Kat but not using her ingenious outline structure and the second I was thinking it you started preaching to the choir. I love that with that formula each plot beat can be a single scene or a chapter or two or three chapters, it feels so flexible and applicable to every genre without ever feeling stale. Saved my ass a few times!

Hi, it is like 2am right now but I just had to say I just finished reading you first book Again But Better and I loved it. I am struggling a bit with what I want to do after high school and connected a lot with Shane. I love this book and it helped me feel better about my future and feel more confident in myself (I also have never had a boyfriend like Shane in the begining of the book and I am going to be 18 soon). So I am going to take things slow and work hard in college. So thank you for this great book and I hope you have a great day 😊

One of my writing projects I've been working on (I've since paused it and am now working on another). I definitely based my main male character on a man that I knew and worked with because I had a big fat crush on him and it was a way for me to get over him. Thankfully i haven't seen or heard from him for about 5 years or so, so no awkward moments for me! Though once I go through revisions, I may go through having him as the love interest instead of being the antagonist. 😂😂

Poor middle book child. I can totally see why you had the problems you had and how tricky it must have been (and must be) to navigate that situation. It's quite a unique situation, so there isn't really a blueprint you can follow and I imagine it's a lot of trial and error which must be frustrating. I believe in you, and I'm sure you'll get there, even if it takes a misstep or two to find the right path. ❤
